Refund Policy

At Fai Days Beauty Salon, we are dedicated to providing high-quality beauty services and products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure that all of our clients are happy with their purchases and treatments. Below is our refund policy regarding services and products purchased at our salon.

Services
  • No Refund on Services Rendered: Due to the nature of our beauty treatments and services, once a service has been completed, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns and offer a solution, which may include a correction or complimentary follow-up treatment.

Products
  • Returns on Unused Products: We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and accompanied by the receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service or visit the salon with the product and proof of purchase.

  • No Returns on Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Products
  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will replace the item or issue a refund. Proof of purchase and details of the defect or damage will be required.

Gift Cards
  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards purchased from Fai Days Beauty Salon are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be used for services or products at the salon and must be redeemed within the valid period stated.

How to Request a Refund or Return

Cancellation Policy for Services
